Opt-Out Policy for Sales Calls
At Smart Plans Option, we respect your preference for not receiving sales calls. If you wish to opt out of receiving calls from Smart Plans Option or any of our affiliated entities, you may request to have your telephone number added to our “Do Not Call” list.
Please send your request to info@smartplansoption.com. We will process your request in compliance with federal and state regulations, typically within 5–7 business days. Please allow up to 30 days for your number to be fully removed from any ongoing sales or marketing programs.
Your opt-out request can be submitted in writing or via email. Be sure to include at least one valid telephone number. If you would like to include multiple numbers, please provide all of them in your request.
Smart Plans Option will maintain your number, and if provided, your name, on our Do Not Call list for up to five years, unless you request removal earlier. If your telephone number changes, please notify us so we can ensure your Do Not Call status remains active.
We also honor requests from the National Do Not Call Registry managed by the Federal Trade Commission as well as applicable state lists. However, please note that some state regulations allow businesses to contact their existing customers even if they are on a Do Not Call list. If you are an existing customer of Smart Plans Option and would like to stop all calls, please submit a request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list as described above.
Being listed on our Do Not Call list ensures you will not receive marketing or sales calls from representatives of Smart Plans Option.
All employees involved in outbound telephone communications are trained on this policy, and management reviews it regularly to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
